When to Expect Check-In Instructions
Most renters receive check-in instructions:
- At the time of booking confirmation, or
- Shortly after the owner updates the reservation with the resort
In some cases, additional instructions are sent closer to the arrival date if the resort releases details later.
What’s Included in Check-In Instructions
Your check-in information typically includes:
- Resort address and contact information
- Check-in and check-out times
- Required documents (ID, payment method, etc.)
- Known resort fees or taxes
- Parking or vehicle details
- Policies such as age requirements, pet rules, or deposit information
If the resort has specific procedures—such as a separate building for check-in—those will be included as well.
Why Instructions May Arrive Later
Some resorts:

2. Do not contact the owner; RedWeek will coordinate with them if needed.
What You Should Bring Even if Instructions Are Not Sent
- A government-issued ID matching the reservation name
- Your RedWeek booking confirmation
- A credit or debit card for deposits and fees
These items are standard requirements at all timeshare resorts.
