What is RedWeek Connect? RedWeek Connect is a rental program available exclusively to Club Wyndham points owners.
Eligibility
Owners must have active Club Wyndham points to participate.
After signing up, the owner will receive an email requesting:
Anniversary date
Points available for rent
Tier level
This information is required before offers can be presented.
How the Offer Process Works
Owners are added to RedWeek’s internal owner list.
When a renter requests Wyndham points:
RedWeek contacts the owner by phone with the offer details.
The owner must answer the call to receive and review the request.
The owner may accept or decline the offer.
If declined, no further action is required.
If accepted, RedWeek emails booking details.
The owner books the reservation directly with Club Wyndham.
The owner sends the confirmation to RedWeek.
For a first booking, a RedWeek agent provides step-by-step guidance.
Fees
There are:
No upfront costs
No reservation requirements before an offer
RedWeek deducts a 5% success fee per completed booking from the payout amount.
The offer amount presented to the owner is shown after this fee has been deducted.
Communication
All renter communication is handled by RedWeek.
Owners do not communicate directly with renters.
Payment Timeline
RedWeek issues payment 2 days after the renter’s check-in date.
Bank processing times may vary. Funds can take 2–5 business days to clear, depending on the financial institution.
Cancellation Protection
RedWeek maintains a strict cancellation policy for the RedWeek Connect program.
If a renter cancels in accordance with program rules, the owner remains protected and eligible for payout under program terms for the RedWeek connect program.
