Once your rental posting is approved and published on RedWeek, it remains active until it is booked, expires naturally based on the check-in date, or is removed by you.
Posting Duration
Your posting stays active until:
- The check-in date has passed
- You manually remove it
- The reservation is booked
- You request assistance in closing the posting
There is no additional fee for keeping your posting live for its entire duration.
When Your Posting Expires
If your check-in date passes without a booking, the posting automatically expires. You may create a new posting for future dates at any time.
Editing Your Posting
You can update your price, dates, photos, or unit details while the posting is active. Edits take effect immediately.
What Happens If Your Week Is Reassigned or Changed
If your resort changes your reservation details (such as unit type or dates), you should update your posting right away so it remains accurate.
Visibility While Active
Your posting stays visible to renters searching for:
- Your resort
- Your check-in week
- Your unit size and type
Keeping your posting accurate and up to date increases its chances of being booked.
If You No Longer Wish to Rent Your Week
You can remove your posting at any time from your account dashboard.
Your rental posting will remain active for the full rental period unless you remove it or the reservation date passes.
