Once your rental posting is published on RedWeek, it remains active until it is booked, expires naturally ten days before the check-in date, or is removed by you.
Posting Duration
Your posting stays active until:
- 10 days before check-in date
- You manually remove it
- It is booked
- It is removed by staff, either because you requested, or you were contacted about another issue
There is no additional fee for keeping your posting live for its entire duration.
When Your Posting Expires
If 10 days before your check-in date passes without a booking, the posting automatically expires. You may create a new posting for future dates at any time.
Editing Your Posting
You can update your price through the My Postings page or deactivate it anytime. All other edits must go to the RedWeek full-service rental team.
What Happens If Your Week Is Reassigned or Changed
If your resort changes your reservation details (such as unit type or dates), you should let us know immediately, or deactivate your posting through the My Postings page.
Visibility While Active
Your posting stays visible to renters searching for:
- Your resort
- Your check-in week
- Your unit size and type
If You No Longer Wish to Rent Your Week
You can remove your posting at any time from the My Postings page, linked at the top of any page on RedWeek. Just look for the Status drop-down and change from "Active" to "Deactivate".
