RedWeek memberships are generally non-refundable once purchased. Membership provides immediate access to member-only features, and these benefits begin as soon as the transaction is completed.

- You were unable to use your membership due to a verified technical issue.
- A billing error occurred during checkout.

What Is Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of plans
- Forgetting to cancel prior to renewal
- Purchasing a membership but choosing not to use it
- Accidental purchases made more than 24 hours ago
