Renewing Your RedWeek Membership

You can renew your RedWeek membership. Membership is valid for 12 months and can be extended anytime within 60 days of expiration.

How to Renew Your Membership
1. Sign in to RedWeek.
2. Hover over your name in the upper right corner of any page and select "My Account" from the menu
3. In the upper left side of your Account page, you will see your membership status, expiration date, and a link to renew, if eligible.
 

Black Friday or Cyber Week Sales

If you are buying a membership during a Black Friday or Cyber Week sale, you don't have to be within 60 days of your membership expiration. Buying one or more memberships during these sales will add 12 months on to your existing expiration date.

When You Can Renew
You may renew your membership within 60 days of expiration. Renewing early adds 12 months to your existing expiration date.

Membership Refund Policy
Membership purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, contact RedWeek Support and we will review your request.
