Getting Paid for Your Rental (Checkbook.io)
RedWeek sends rental payouts to owners using Checkbook.io, a secure third-party payment platform.
Important:
Checkbook.io is used only to SEND payments to owners.
It is NOT used for customers to pay RedWeek.

When will I get paid?
Payouts are issued 2 business days after the renter’s check-in date.
• Friday–Sunday check-ins: payments begin processing on Tuesday
• Most payments arrive within 5–7 business days after processing
• Delays may occur due to bank processing times, holidays, or payment issues

How do I get my payment?
When your payment is sent, you will receive an email from Checkbook.io.
To access your payment:
1. Log into your RedWeek account
2. Go to My Postings
3. Click View Check
4. Select how you want to receive your payment
If this is your first time:
• Click “Don’t have an account?”
• Use the same email where the payment notification was sent

How can I receive my money?
Available options:
• Direct Deposit (ACH) – fastest option
• Print Check – deposit using your bank or mobile app
• Check by Mail – slower delivery
If your bank does not support digital checks:
• PayPal
• Wire transfer ($45 fee)
• Mailed check

Can I change my bank account?
Yes, but this must be done in Checkbook.io.
For security reasons:
RedWeek cannot access or update your banking details.
To update your account:
1. Log in to Checkbook.io
2. Add or remove your bank account

Common issues
I did not receive the payment email:
• Check your spam or junk folder
• Log into RedWeek and go to My Postings → View Check

My bank account is already linked to another email:
Checkbook.io does not allow the same bank account to be used with multiple email addresses.
To fix this:
• Log in using the old email that received payment
• Remove the bank account
• Re-add it under your current email
