Owner payouts for rentals booked through RedWeek are issued after specific conditions are met.
Payout Timing
Rental payouts are initiated two business days after a renter has successfully checked in. This helps confirm that the reservation was honored as booked before funds are released to the owner. From there, deposit processing begins, and funds are usually available in the owner's account within seven days. If a renter checks in on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the owner's payment will typically be initiated on the following Tuesday, barring any disputes, holidays, or other holds.
Payout timing may be affected by:
• Verification of the reservation
• Check-in confirmation
• Payment processing timelines
• Banking or payment method processing times
RedWeek does not release payouts before the required conditions are met.
Payout Methods
Owners receive payouts using the payment method on file in their RedWeek account. Available payout methods may vary and can include electronic payment options supported by RedWeek.
To avoid delays, owners should ensure:
• Their payout information is accurate
• Their selected payment method is active
• Required account details are complete
If a payout has not arrived as expected, review Payment Issues & Delays for next steps.
