Once your rental posting is live, renters can express interest or request to book your unit. RedWeek manages all communication with renters, providing you only with the information needed to approve or prepare the reservation.
How Inquiries Work
Renters may have questions before submitting a booking request. RedWeek handles these inquiries on your behalf. We answer questions using:
- Your posting details
- Resort information
- Verification documents you have provided
You will be contacted only if RedWeek needs additional clarification from you.
How Booking Requests Work
When a renter is ready to book, they submit a booking request through RedWeek. You will receive a notification with:
- The reservation details
- Requested dates (which should match your posting)
- The renter’s name for the guest certificate or resort update
What You Need to Do
To move forward with the booking:
1. Review the booking request.
2. Confirm that your reservation is still available.
3. Approve or decline the request promptly.
Once You Approve the Booking
RedWeek:
- Collects payment from the renter
- Confirms the booking
- Provides you with the guest information needed to update the reservation at your resort
- Handles all ongoing communication with the renter
Why Prompt Responses Matter
Quick approval helps:
- Secure committed renters
- Increase your posting’s performance
- Reduce the chance of cancellations or duplicate buyer interest
If Your Reservation Is No Longer Available
Decline the request and update your posting or remove it to prevent further activity.
If RedWeek Needs Additional Information
We may contact you to:
- Clarify reservation details
- Confirm availability
- Provide updated documentation
