When a Booking Request Comes In
RedWeek will notify you when a renter wants to book your week. Once you approve the booking:
- RedWeek provides the guest information you need
- You update the guest name with your resort and send us a new confirmation letter, showing the updated reservation
- Make sure you have paid your maintenance fees and any other outstanding balance with your resort, so there is no problem with your renter checking in.
- Watch for any communication from your resort indicating an issue with the reservation and notify RedWeek immediately with any critical updates
- RedWeek continues handling all renter communication
Benefits of a Verified Posting
- Higher renter trust
- Fewer delays or disputes
- Faster booking decisions
- Reduced likelihood of check-in issues
Verification sets your listing up for a smooth rental experience from start to finish.
