If you no longer wish to use RedWeek, you can request to have your account closed. Closing your account removes your profile and ends access to your membership and any active postings.
Before You Request Account Closure
- Make sure you have no active rentals or pending payouts.
- Confirm that any bookings you’ve made or accepted have been completed.
- Save any information you may need for your records.
How to Request Account Closure
Contact RedWeek Support and let us know you’d like your account closed. For security reasons, we may verify some details before completing the request.
What Happens After Closure
- Your profile and account access are removed.
- Any remaining postings or alerts are deleted.
- You can create a new account in the future if you choose to return.
