Updating Your Email Address
When you update your email, RedWeek sends a verification link to the new address. Open the email and complete the verification to activate the change. If you don’t receive the message, check your spam folder or resend the link from your account.
Updating Your Password
You can change your password from the My Account page.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page to reset it.
Updating Your Phone Number
Your phone number can be updated directly in your account settings. RedWeek requires a valid phone number to help verify identity and ensure safe communication between owners and renters.
Username Changes
Usernames cannot be updated directly. If you need your username changed for privacy or correction, contact RedWeek Support and we can assist you.
Updating Your Mailing Address
You can update your mailing or contact address directly in your account settings. This information helps ensure accuracy for receipts, documentation, and verification when needed.
If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you no longer have access to the email on file or cannot sign in to update your information, submit a support request. Our team can help verify your identity and restore access.
Keeping Your Account Secure
For your security, use a strong, unique password and update it periodically—especially after any major changes to your email or phone number.
