Cancellations
If a reservation is canceled, payment outcomes depend on the cancellation terms associated with the booking. These terms determine whether funds are refunded to the renter and whether an owner payout is issued.
Payment Adjustments
Payment amounts may be adjusted if:
• Reservation dates are modified
• Fees or taxes change
• A cancellation occurs under specific terms
Any adjustments are applied before an owner payout is issued.
Refunds
Refunds to renters, when applicable, are processed through RedWeek based on the booking’s cancellation policy. Owners are paid only for reservations that meet payout conditions.
Important Notes
• Owners are not paid for canceled reservations that do not qualify for payout
• RedWeek applies payment adjustments before releasing funds
• Refund timing may vary based on payment method and processing times
