When selling a timeshare through RedWeek, owners may have different selling options depending on their situation. These options generally fall into two categories: managing the resale yourself or choosing RedWeek’s Full-Service resale program.
DIY Resale
Selling your timeshare through a DIY (self-managed) resale means you create and manage your resale posting using RedWeek’s marketplace tools. With this option:
You set your own price
You control your posting details
You communicate directly with interested buyers
You decide whether to adjust pricing or terms
RedWeek provides the marketplace and visibility for your resale posting, but does not negotiate on your behalf or guarantee buyer interest, pricing, or a completed sale.
Full-Service Resale
If you choose Full-Service resale, RedWeek manages the resale process on your behalf. This option is designed for owners who want guidance and support throughout the resale journey rather than managing it on their own.
With Full-Service resale, RedWeek:
Reviews your ownership information
Helps guide pricing expectations based on market conditions
Supports buyer inquiries and next steps
Oversees the resale process from start to finish
RedWeek remains your primary point of contact and manages the overall experience.
Full-Service resale:
Follows RedWeek’s resale process and guidelines
May involve additional fees or commissions
Is subject to eligibility requirements
RedWeek does not guarantee pricing, timelines, or resale outcomes.
