When selling a timeshare through RedWeek, owners may have different selling options depending on their situation. These options generally fall into two categories: selling independently or working with a resale partner.
DIY Selling
Selling your timeshare yourself means you list your ownership for sale using RedWeek’s marketplace tools. With this option:
• You set your own price
• You control your listing details
• You communicate directly with interested buyers
• You decide whether to adjust pricing or terms
RedWeek provides the platform for your listing but does not guarantee interest, pricing, or a completed sale.
Partner-Assisted Selling
In some cases, RedWeek may offer the option to work with a resale partner. Partner-assisted selling may include additional services such as pricing guidance, marketing support, or handling parts of the resale process.
Partner-assisted options:
• Follow the partner’s process and timelines
• May involve additional fees or commissions
• Are subject to eligibility requirements
RedWeek does not control partner pricing, timelines, or outcomes.
Important Distinction
DIY selling applies only to selling timeshare ownership. Renting out a vacation week follows a different process and does not allow DIY posting. Rental listings are handled separately under Renting a Timeshare.
Choosing the Right Option
Some owners prefer DIY selling for full control, while others choose partner assistance for added support. Reviewing both options can help you decide which approach best fits your goals.
