RedWeek helps owners sell their timeshare ownership by providing a marketplace and resale support options. Selling a timeshare is different from renting a week, and the process depends on whether you choose to sell independently or seek partner-assisted help.
Selling a timeshare means transferring ownership of the timeshare interest. This is not the same as renting out a vacation week. RedWeek allows owners to sell their ownership, but rental postings follow different rules and processes.
There are two main ways selling may occur through RedWeek:
• Selling your timeshare yourself using RedWeek’s marketplace tools
• Working with a resale partner for additional assistance
When selling on your own, you control your listing, pricing, and communication with potential buyers. RedWeek provides the platform, but does not guarantee a sale or determine pricing.
In some cases, RedWeek may offer the option to work with a resale partner. Partner-assisted selling may involve additional services or fees and follows the partner’s process and timelines.
RedWeek does not purchase timeshares, guarantee sales, or determine market value. All sales depend on buyer interest, pricing, and market conditions.
If you are looking to rent a vacation week rather than sell ownership, that process is handled separately under Renting a Timeshare and follows different rules.
