You can manage your communication preferences at any time from your RedWeek account. This allows you to control which emails you receive and how often you receive them.
How to Update Your Preferences
1. Sign in to RedWeek.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Open the Communication or Email Preferences section.
4. Select the types of messages you want to receive.
5. Save your changes.
Types of Communications You Can Manage
- Saved search alerts
- Favorite resort or posting updates
- Account notifications
- General RedWeek updates
Unsubscribing from Emails
You can unsubscribe from most non-essential emails directly from the link at the bottom of any RedWeek message. Essential account notices will still be sent as needed.
If You’re Not Receiving Emails
- Check that your preferences allow the messages you expect.
- Confirm that RedWeek emails are not going to your spam folder.
- Make sure your email address is up to date in your account settings.
