You can manage your communication preferences at any time from your RedWeek account. This allows you to control which emails you receive and how often you receive them.
How to Update Your Preferences
1. Sign in to RedWeek.
2. Hover over your name in the upper right corner and select "My Account" from the menu.
3. Open the Email Subscriptions section.
4. Select the types of messages you no longer want to receive.
5. Save your changes.

Unsubscribing from Emails
You can unsubscribe from most non-essential emails directly from the link at the bottom of any RedWeek message. Receipts and essential account notices will still be sent as needed.
If You’re Not Receiving Emails
- Check that your preferences allow the messages you expect.
- Confirm that RedWeek emails are not going to your spam folder.
- Make sure your email address is up to date in your account settings.
